So many of the struggles we experience are related to feelings that are often not based on reality, perhaps they result from our biochemistry,events that have hurt us, or our families with chaos in our past. I have witnessed the freedom that we gain from making sense of those feelings and the behaviors that eminate from them. I believe we can regain a sense of stability and reslience from effective use of coping skills resulting in healing and inner peace. Our inner strength can be found there. I have concentrated my training on healing strategies related to trauma,addiction, misperceptions and maladaptive coping strategies. My specialized training in Interpersonal Neurobiology is the latest strategy and skill set to combat our tendencies to avoid the inner anxt/pain resulting in a life filled with anger, sadness and addiction. I have concentrated my specialized training in brain science (Interpersonal Neurobiology) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which I add to a comprehensive skill set to give you the most powerful and latest skills for change.
