We are excited to announce that First Pacific Mortgage and Evergreen Ohana Group joined forces with Skyline Financial Corporation on April 1st, 2010 and June 1st, 2010 respectively, to create one of the largest independent residential mortgage enterprises on the West Coast. As two of Oregon's oldest independent mortgage companies, First Pacific Mortgage and Evergreen Ohana Group have served its Northwest clients for over 27 years. Skyline Financial Corporation was founded in 1985 and shares the same core values that have made our two firms successful. We believe this exciting opportunity will provide us with the tools and resources necessary to be successful in a changing industry while providing our valued clients with the confidence and stable presence they are looking for in uncertain times. Just some of the exciting changes include improved pricing, added loan programs, loans underwritten and funded in-house, 24 hour access to loan status and paperless loan files. Although our name has changed, our knowledgeable team and mission remains the same ; provide an extraordinary experience to each and every client by simplifying the loan process while exceeding their expectations.
