      Salesman were courteous. Delivery was a nightmare. Instead of removing the old mattress and setting up the new one they rudely "dropped off" the new one and left. Customer service never got back to me with an explanation. Could have purchased the same mattress on Amazon for $179 less with white glove delivery service and removal of old mattress. Live and learn. Will never deal with this company again,
