Harris Marcus Home is an addition to the Maxim Group Companies, which has been a leader in the portable lighting and accessory field for more than 30 years. Originally formed as Harris Lamps, a Chicago-based manufacturer, the company has developed a diverse product line consisting of table lamps, floor lamps, accessories and unique accent furniture pieces. No longer strictly a manufacturer, the Harris Marcus design team scours foreign markets for new ideas, materials and products. It creates decorative accents that provide a fresh statement to any home. Working with a variety of different materials gives Harris Marcus Home an edge in the marketplace. Ceramic, glass, wood, metal, resin and other natural materials are uniquely combined to create products that are bold, striking and unusual. Located in City of Industry, Calif., Harris Marcus Home employs nearly 400 people.
