Went in location to ship package , person behind counter, was helpful and sent out my next day air package with ease,only compaint , They didn't have enough cash on hand to make change, but theyre is an atm in the parking lot so no worries. Thanks for a pleasant and friendly transaction. will use this location again !

I am a disabled veteran and my package of narcotic pain medication was stolen by an employee of the store. I called UPS and their records show that it never left the building. No one took any responsibility, nor showed any sense of urgency. The store isn't even UPS run, its an affiliate, but you wouldn't know it by the way they have UPS branding everywhere. I called UPS corporate and they said its not their problem, and The UPS Store franchising corporate and they said its not their problem. I even filed a police report and they couldn't do anything. I love how companies do whatever they want and no one is held accountable... They are total clowns. The worst part is, I couldn't even get the medication replaced because there is such a high abuse rate that the VA won't reissue lost meds.
