For 20 years my family has depended up Sergee at PSM for all the markers in our family plot in Benicia Cemetery. In Sept of 2010 I called Sergee from my home in Tampa Florida, made the arrangements over the phone and exchanged details over the internet. I did not need to travel to California to conduct business with this company. They do what they promise to do at the amount quoted. It didn't concern me that they are in Sacramento and my plot was in Benicia. I knew from the years that the job would be done, because Sergee is a hardworking and trustworthy friend to all of our family. Just before Christmas, as he had promised, the headstone was completed, and in place and I received a photo in the email of the job.
