Horrible place to live. Regular water outages, sometimes for days. Cold, uncaring staff who will retaliate against you if you complain. Loud mowers, blowers, sawing, traffic and projects disturb the peace nearly every single day, not to mention being in both a commercial and small plane flight path. Never before have I lived anywhere where there was so much annoying activity. I lived in a HUGE city for over a decade and they only worked in the roads once. In the half a decade I've been here, they have torn up the roads nearly half a dozen times. This is ridiculous! Can't wait to move!

Great place to live, though a bit pricy and a bit more active with people and traffic than I expected. It's great to be away from excessive barking, screaming kids and loud music. However, I really wish they'd limit the park/resident landscaping to 2 days a week. Hearing it nearly every day can get old. The only other issue is with water problems. Pipes randomly break throughout the park because they are old and so we sometimes have to go without water for a few hours. Love the pool and hot tub during warmer weather, and love being able to jog in a place where I don't have to worry about stray dogs that could be vicious or potentially dangerous people.
