These days to be surprised and delighted with excellent service is very rare. Well its not rare to get great service from Capitol Mechanical, its the norm. I've used this company on and off over the years and whenever I've had a need for service on my heating or AC systems they always exceeded my expectations. Not only did they send a professional and knowledgeable technician but the follow up and details of the service were above and beyond. I called Capitol Mechanical becuase I had an A/C tune up coupon for $59 and I figured that they would come out and find all kinds of "problems" but they didn't. They showed me what they did and the technician told me what I could do to keep my unit running smoothly. They did a good job and I would recommend with to anyone.
