Our Citrus Heights gym opened its doors in October of 2008 and has something for every member of your family.Located in the old Tom Thumb supermarket on the corner of Sunrise and Antelope, California Family Fitness Citrus Heights offers state-of-the-art equipment, courts for basketball, racquetball and volleyball, rock climbing, group fitness classes, a swimming pool, and a spa! Group Fitness classes include yoga, pilates, cycling, Zumba, aqua aerobics, and kickboxing. Members can take advantage of experienced certified personal trainers with personalized workouts and in our Body Fit group training program.
