Highly knowledgeable and so very helpful. My gas dryer stopped heating. I paid to have the dryer vent cleaned out, which was full of lint even though I clean it regularly. I spoke to Steve and I removed the parts he identified for possible replacement. They tested each part, free of charge and explained plainly what the problem would be. Purchased a coil kit and it solved my problem.! They have floor models in the shop so they can show you and explain what has to be done. I will gladly use them again for my appliance repairs.
