I had a furnace installed by this guy (Mike) when he seemed to have a legitimate business on US 23 in Circleville, Ohio. A couple years later he closed up shop and is now running his business out of his garage. I've had a couple of problems with the furnace since and had terrible service. He incorrectly installed a replacement thermostat that resulted in my heat pump not functioning for over a year that added hundreds of dollars to my electric bill, and that was in addition to the service call fee he charged even though the thermostat was under factory recall. Then he tried to charge me over $600 to replace a failed fan control module. I called another contractor to verify and that's when I found out about the thermostat error. And also learned that there was nothing wrong with the fan control module. The other contractor corrected the problem in less than an hour. Mike also refused to give me the breakdown of the costs to review with the other contractor. Don't trust him!!!

Great down home company. We've used them many times for our rental and our own home. We always get great service in a short amount of time. The prices have always been reasonable. Don't go with the big name companies, call these guys and you'll be glad you did!
