Molin Concrete Products manufactures and installs prestressed/precast concrete products. Molin s Hollow Core floor and roof plank, insulated wall panels, non-insulated wall panels, precast prestressed beams/columns can be used for all types of commercial and residential construction. Molin offers its products and services to customers in the Wisconsin, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska and Minnesota. Molin's PCI (Precast Concrete Institute) certified plant maintains high quality standards to ensure that the products delivered to the job site meet the expectation and requirements of its customers. Molin offers two types of Hollow Core plank, Flexicore and Elematic. Hollow Core plank is a prestressed concrete member with continuous voids to reduce weight and, therefore, cost. Hollow Core is primarily used for floor and roof decks, which create a sound proof, fire proof, low maintenance system with long spans and shallow depths.
