We took our car here to get fixed after an accident. We provided a list of things to check out. I told them that I was not sure if the problems were caused by the accident or were pre-existing. They contacted our insurance company and told them we were making a bogus claim. The car was obviously damaged. They should have just told us what was pre-existing and what was caused by the accident. Now we have to fight with our insurance to get the car fixed. I never asked them to scam the insurance company, I just was unsure and wanted them to tell me what caused the problems that started after the accident. I would have paid out of pocket if the were pre-existing problems. They have no customer service skills. Heaven forbid you ask questions.
