I'm beginning to sound like a broken record, but for the best reason! I will keep saying how much I like Mongo's Tire & Auto Service in Taylor's Lane in Cinnaminson because I honestly want everyone to know.
You cannot beat Mongo's for honesty, quality of service, fair pricing, and being treated with the best customer service around. I have had a few times where I have been stuck with a vehicle that needs fixing, three kids at home with me, and a husband at work. Guess what? If you are local (Cinnaminson, Delran, etc.), Mongo's will come get you, or drop your vehicle back off to you free of charge. Or, if you are anything like me, you might back into your husband's Toyota Camry with your Ford Windstar minivan in your own driveway while trying to get your 8 year old to school on time...whoops!
The dent I put into my husband's car prevented me from opening the driver's door all the way. Anthony, Nicole, Jimmy, Dave, Blu, and the crew at Mongo's fixed the dent free of charge because of our customer loyalty over the years. I was in and out of Mongo's with my 2 year old twins in under an hour. You can't beat Mongo's, guys! They are the best! Please give them a chance to be your go to auto shop. You won't be sorry!

They do good work, but are way overpriced. You come out of Mongo's with a huge bill, and if you check the parts etc., they are marked super-high. For instance, I recently had work done. They added a gallon of coolant. They charged $26 dollars for it! Ridiculous

Mongo's has been my choice for over twenty years. If you want honesty and the best service possible at reasonable rates, go there.

They back their work and explain the needed repairs.

I have purchased preowned cars there, too, with great satisfaction; because the cars were thoroughly checked out before they were sold to me. They have my trust.

I have been using Mongo's Auto Repair since 1994 and have had the utmost professional service for all my vehicles. My daughters, mother-in-law, and my 4 vehicles go to no other service center for maintenance, tires, batteries, or repair. Their attention to safety and simple wear & tear on the vehicles is something that can put one's mind at ease. They are very professional and always considerable. They are upfront on how musch the repair will be before starting the job. They even tell you how long you can wait before you consider the repair. Mongo's is honest, personable, and never take advantage of the customer. I have sat and waited for my vehicle and watched how they treat their customers....always courteous and professional. They always show and explain why the problem exists to your vehicle. I doubt if car dealers would show you the same personal touch. All their mechanics are certified and receive updated service bulletins. They are first class as far as this customer is concerned. Why else would they be rated tops in Burlington County!
