I love this place, I have been going for years and the customer service is wonderful, it's family owned and they are always friendly. And the food is very good, everyone should go.

My family and I were in Cincinnati recently (April 2012) for a convention, and staying at a hotel on Mitchell Ave. We got back to our hotel late on Friday evening and were all very hungry for Chinese food. The front desk had a menu for Wok Inn Express, but by that time it was right at their closing time. In desperation, I called them anyway just to plead for them to deliver us something. However, I did not need to beg! They were extremely friendly and agreed right away to deliver the food to us quickly, which they did. That would have been good enough... but it got better. The food was absolutely delicious and of very high quality. And the price was very reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant, and we will make sure to order again from there the next time we are in Cincy!
