I purchased a electric heater. The delivery was stressful . They called early to say they would be here by 10 At 2:30 I called to ask how much longer. They said 25 minutes. About an hour later they called me to say they were at Hooter's. They finally made it here at 4:30. The heater was damaged in the truck and they left a trail of broken glass The heater had an odor and when I ask them about it they said it would go away not to worry. They left and a few minutes later the unit just shut down. I reset it and it ran for a couple minutes then cut off again with the odor getting stronger. I called Watson's someone named John said he would have someone call me right back. No call back. I tried again and was told it was 6:00 and left for the day. He said he could do nothing for me and to call back tomorrow . I am sure they will make things right because in the past the costumer service and delivery was alway top rate. I am hoping to speak with a more professional emplyee tomorrow

The salesperson at Watson's was friendly and not pushy. He was very patient with myself and my husband. All personnel were very welcoming and answered all our questions. We were very pleased with the service.

The customer service was excellent. We were looking for a new grill and our salesman, Jerry, took the time to explain all the features of the different ones they carry. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. We purchased a new grill and he even arranged to have it delivered on Labor Day.
