I live at the InTown Suites on Colerain Avenue. Two nights ago I was verbally assaulted by the security guard from US Protection Services. He not only threw a cone at my car he also called me a b****, he called me a c***, told me to f*** off, and threatened to have me evicted all because I honk my horn at him one time because he left us sitting in the car for 3 minutes when it was raining and he was in a heavy yellow raincoat. His job is to get out and check IDs when people come into the hotel. He did not check our ID's that night he just moved the cone told us to go, "F****** go!". Then that's when he threw the cone at my van. When I heard the loud thump hit my van I stopped my van. I told him he has no right to hit my van. He then proceeded to verbally assault me after I told him I was the one that honked the horn He then came around my van in a threatening manner started verbally abusing me calling me a b**** repeatedly. I went back downstairs to get a number off his carand he verbally assaulted me again calling mr a b**** and a c***. I have made a complaint to his company and I have made a complaint to the hotel office. I am not the only person he's called a b****. neither is my daughter, yet he is still here working. He is abusive!!!!!! He is not professional in any manner and as long as this company chooses to employ this verbally abusive unprofessional man I will fight to make sure that everyone knows how abusive he is. His name is Roy!!!!!!!
