needed a tire looked at last night around 6:00 - got my vehicle in right away and patched the tire for a reasonable price and was out the door by 6:45 - I think Joe was the cust service rep - refreshing overall experience in a timely manner

Made an appointment online for my elderly mother. Got no call in advance as I was supposed to. Called the auto center and was told that there was an appt. When my mother shows up for the appt. she is told that it will take over an hour for someone to look at her car and then another hour for the service. It was pointless to make an appt online and very poor customer service!
