I was contacted, by text message, by an employee of this location. The text message confirmed an interview that I had never arranged, and seeing how this text meant that someone from a company that I had never even heard of at that point indicated that someone I didn't know had my information, I of course asked how they got my number and who they were.

I was told that they got my number from a job application, and that I should have read their previous text to find out who they were, implying that knowing the name of the employee and the company should automatically answer my questions. I was also advised not to be so rude. This struck me as, at least to my mind, my response was perfectly reasonable in context, where theirs was rather condescending.

The conversation continued. Upset by the unprofessional behavior of this employee I eventually asked her not to contact me again. I had no desire at all to do business with a company who would employ such poor communicators. Rather than cease communications with me, however, she continued to send me text messages and emails insisting that I was mistaken, and that I had, in fact, set up an interview with them. I definitely did not.

As of the posting of this review no one from the company has addressed my complaints or done anything to assure me that this harassment will not continue.
