I normally don't write reviews of any kind for service but I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your work. You were quick and thorough and you even got my car washed. That was nice and unexpected. I like the way you list your employees on the work that they do. It holds them accountable and will want them to do a better job. A couple of days ago I was having problems starting the engine due to a weak battery. When I went to check the battery I noticed you had cleaned the battery, replaced both terminals with new ones and replaced the hold down. This was way more that I expected and you did not even mention it to me. You have definitely exceeded my expectations. Great Job! I will definitely pass your name around.
They give you a detailed estimate of items that would be needed. Got the repair sooner than estimated time. Friendly, experienced owner working hard to do best job at a better price than most shops. Highly recommended.
