I was very disappointed with the service department. My vehicle was in for an issue with the radio. The service department had my vehicle for 5 days...one of days the service manager actually took my vehicle home without my authorization. When the car was returned to me there were over 200 additional miles on it. I have never received any resolution from either the service manager or the general manager.
