After we made an appt a year ago, they call ON the day of the appt and tell me that the dr we are scheduled with can't take our insurance anymore so they had to reschedule our appt for another month out with the other dr. Walk into our appt today and they tell me that their optical doesn't take our insurance now. That is the only reason I drive 30-40 minutes to them. So we walked out and will find a new dr. Our appt last year, I took my girls out if school and were literally driving to the appt and thru call and say the dr is running 2 hours behind! It seems EVERY SINGLE TIME we've had an appt something went wrong. Last year they messed up my husband's glasses too. Gave him totally different frames then he had picked out. Just ridiculous!
