      Lulu's Rice & Noodles is the best Chinese food ever. Great menu choices and great food, with good prices. I would recommend it to anyone.

      been going for years. best chinese in cincinnati. looks like typical strip mall chinese place, but food is not same generic prepackaged chinese food.
