We regret that Allen495 would not recommend our company, but we feel that it was a misunderstanding. Hurricane Ike caused catastrophic damage in our area. We were inundated with hundreds upon hundreds of calls. We tried to help as many people as possible as quickly as possible. Our crews worked 7 days a week from sunrise to sunset for many weeks. When they were working in a specific area, they tried to help the neighbors around our customer's house if and when possible. We were simply trying to be of service when we saw storm damage. I would never recommend this tree company to anyone. We had a tree fall on our house because of wind and Gregory Lester came out to remove the tree the next day. However, after talking to my insurance company, coworkers, friends, etc., I was startled to find out from everyone that the amount we were charged was extremely high. Upon calling this company to discuss the invoice and to find out exactly why they had charged us this amount, both Jeff Lester and Gregory Lester yelled at me on the telephone, to the point I was on the verge of tears. The unprofessionalism of this company was startling. I would highly suggest that before using this company you get a 2nd estimate of the same tree work. Their prices are extremely high and the service you receive does not reflect the high cost you will pay. I will never use this company again and would strongly discourage anyone else from using this company. Another tree service will provide better service and a fair price.

DO NOT HIRE these people. They damage your property and dump chipped wood from other sites on your property along with the chipped wood from your trees.They give you an estimate, then after you agree to the price, try to jack it up 100%. If you don't agree to the increase, they damage your property doing the work.
