General Info

Attorney April Payne has extensive divorce and family law experience, having worked exclusively in divorce and family law her entire legal career. Her areas of emphasis are divorce, dissolution, collaborative law, division of property, custody, spousal support, parenting time, child support, paternity and grandparent rights. After graduating from law school in 1998, she worked for Judge Susan Laker Tolbert at the Hamilton County, Ohio Domestic Relations Court for nearly two years. She has been in private practice since her departure from the court in 2000.
