This guy knows his stuff 100%. Unbelievable had two other guys look at my car told me that it was not fixable HERB HAD ME READY TO PUT MY RIDE BACK TOGETHER WITHIN AN HOUR. 👍👍👍

Excellence at its best true professional

Though I am not an actual customer, the folks at Herbs Machine Shop has performed regular maintenance and repairs for my grandpa for years - my grandpa has always been satisfied...there was one time in particular where my husband had to pick up grandpa's truck from the shop after being taken in for repairs, grandpa nor my husband could figure out the problem, it just sort of came up...Well, they had the vehicle for most of the morning and explained to my husband that the problem had been some sort of normal wear and tear ( I can't remember now - exactly what it was), but they decided to give the truck a once over for any other issues with normal wear/tear, none present. That was good and what was better - they did not even charge grandpa, nothing at all... the owner, (I believe his name is Herb), told my husband who had check in hand to pay to tell grandpa - "its on the house". You just do not see that kind of loyalty from a shop to its customers - at least anymore.
