Have been going there for years. I am glad that they keep you in their computer files, so that even when I have a different stylist my haircut is consistent without me having to explain each time "How do you want your hair"? I haven't been dissapointed yet, even though from time to time they remind me that I can come back later in the week if I want additional trimming. I have been fortunate and been able to get in and out quickly almost every time. When there was a little longer wait they told me it would be ok to do a little shopping next door. That helped to pass the time. They have always been friendly and never seem to rush you out. I like that.
