Established in 1965, Gold's Gym specializes in providing a range of exercise and physical fitness programs for individuals of all age groups. Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, the gym offers a variety of group exercise as well as physical fitness classes, such as yoga, Pilates and Zumba, to name a few. Its amenities include cardio equipment with personal viewing screens, resistance machines and sauna/steam/spinning room, among others. Gold s Gym also features a Cafa/Juice bar that serve an array of food, shakes and cooler drinkers. The gym also offers nutrition counseling, personal training and child care services to its members/customers. In addition, it provides wrestling and mix martial arts programs for young adults and children. Gold's Gym is one of the largest chains of fitness centers in the world, with over 600 locations spanning more than 30 countries.
