My daughter came in from Germany to visit and wanted to do something special for me and her sister by us getting manicures and pedicures together before she had to leave. She saw a deal at Da-Vi Nails on Cincy Savers, so we wanted to try it. When we arrived, the man behind the counter looked confused and acted like he did not know we had an appointment. The whole time we were there, we felt rushed and just did not get the service I thought we would have- I will never recommend this facility to anyone I know and I feel very bad my daughter spent so much for such terrible service. Very disappointed.
