I got my nails done 2 days later they break and now I have to pay someone to fix them because they didn't do it right waste of money and time.

I have been coming to this salan for 4 years (2012) and have never had a bad experience. All of the employees know what they are doing and do a very good job. They are almost always busy because of their good name. I do wish they were open earlier in the morning and on Sundays for a few hours. I reccomend them to all of my friends.

Yes the salon has gone down since new ownership has taken over not very friendly not enough workers and they have bad attitudes even the guy who calls himself the manager he tries to do your nails and be the receptionist and the supervisor so you're in his chair extra longer why he's answering calls greeting customers going to the back its just too much not enough workers horrible service used to be a great salon under the other owners

The quality of the salon has been going down since Chris and mindy transferred the ownership to the new people's. Ben is still my best nail tech.

I have been getting my nails done at Cleopatra Nails for years! They are awesome. Mindy is very creative and can paint beautiful designs on your nails. They are always polite. Their shop is clean. You are able to schedule appointments ahead of time. I've never had a bad experience. I've been a customer since 2010.

I love Cleopatra Nails! I have been going there for 2 years and the employees are nice and friendly. I always get compliments on the nail art that I usually have drawn on and my feet always feel wonderful after a spa pedicure!!

I had a manicure and pedicure at Cleopatra Nails. It was very clean at the location and for the most part, they were professional. I was there for two hours, which is much longer than other places. I love the pedicure – they did an excellent job. I am not so happy with the manicure. The did a great job shaping, but it has only been two days and the polish is chipping to the point that it needs to be removed….for the price they charged it is not really worth having a manicure. I felt like once I paid they wanted me out of the salon and it shows by the manicure.
