The Check n Go = THE shadiest place to deal with so beware! This company actually tried to prosecute me for a check I didn't write. I haven't done business with them in over ten years! I'm a disabled Veteran who hasn't had a job or bank account in 5 yrs. It isn't possible I wrote the check. My daughter wrote one in HER name, and they just got our names confused so they went after me because I spoke with them on the phone and they had my addresss. They put out a $200 locator fee on me and had the pre-litigation company contact me to let me know I was going to be served with papers. I explained there was no way I could've written the check, but they had all my info ie SS#, Address, etc. I said they had that from previous transactions and they just went after the wrong person with the same last name. Of course I knew my daughter hadn't done anything wrong because I raised her to be honest to a fault. I'm going to Small Claims Court to sue for max amt for wrongful prosecution.BEWARE!

this place is terrible. i took out a payday loan and then lost my job.i still cant pay them back.but i get 6-8 calls a DAY and they all leave the rudest messages. i have told them i lost my job, and they just reply with "cant you take it from a neighbor or friend?" or "cant you just pawn something" well, no i cant. i have nothing in value to pawn and nobody has the money to let me borrow because were in a freaking recession. i am fed up with there harassment.
