At this community, youâ??ll have access to features and amenities including smoke-free options, high-speed internet access, and tennis courts. Effective 10/15/2022 the managing agent for Beechwood Villa Apartments will close the subsidized housing waiting lists for all bedroom sizes. The waiting list is closed when the anticipated time for unit availability exceeds 12 months. Applications will not be accepted during this time period.
