stay away! Customer service is terrible. They are deceptive and misleading. Told me they'd give me a refund for a ring my husband bought and altered the receipt. Still haven't received the refund check. Quality of their jewelry is inferior, which is why I wanted to return it, along with the terrible service.

Terrible service. My fiance bought my engagement ring there and had a descent experience. Because of that we went back a few weeks later to get my watch band fixed. They said that it would be about 2 weeks before getting it back (which already seemed like a long time to fix a watch band), but here it is over 4 weeks later, and I still don't have it back yet. I got a call during the middle of these 4 weeks from the store. They thought that my number on their form was the number for the watch repair man. The Ashcroft employee told me that I was supposed to fix the watch. When I explained to him that I was the customer, he claimed that there was no information with my phone number, so he thought it was the repair man's number...ugh! I was NOT happy!

My fiance purchased my ring from this store in Kenwood and we were not pleased at all with the service. He had a ring custom made and when he went to pick it up it was not at all like the one he designed. He brought it in and one of the girls admitted that she had messed it up. They said they would fix it and instead of taking 1 month (like told), it took almost two months BECAUSE the number that they had on the receipt was CORRECT but they told us it was a non-working number (which it wasn't...plus there was another number on there they never tried to contact either). It turns out that the band he had purchased did not match up with the engagement ring so we again went back to get it fitted which we were told would take no more than three days and it ended up taking 3 weeks. Service is terrible. He origionally went with them b/c the manager was great but she got transfered to another store. Would never buy anything from there again!
