You called us around 2 pm I told you that their morning move had them stop at two extra stops and that they were unable to park the truck in the drive way and had to park on the street . I told you that they would call you when they finished . You called around 330 pm said you were not going to wait you would find another mover then called back an hour or two later and asked us to please come. They arrived around 6pm it took them about 3 hours to load they had an hour drive from Milford, Ohio to Hebron, Kentucky and took about an hour an half to unload. We took $30.00 off your move and yes the drawer looks like it might need to be glued possibly might need a nail or two to fix it . If your wife had not called threating a lawsuit and demanding a three hundred dollar refund I would have fixed it for you. You did get $30.00 refund that more than enough for wood glue and two nails. The wall had a small mark on it but that wall had many marks on it you demanded that I paint the entire wall when it was white paint and only needed not more then three minutes to fix with touch up paint when I told you this you said you don't have that paint any more . It is white Tim Moore it not so hard to match that color is it. White paint flat or glossy i am sure from the pics I seen that if you felt that wall needed to be entirely painted then you would have to paint many of the walls in that house that had marks on them before we came there. If you need five dollars for wood glue and two or three nails I will write you a check but at this point I would not want to come to your home to fix this because of the threats you and your wife have made. I have been in business for over 12 years, I do 20 to 30 moves a month, If you were to take all the bad reviews that have ever been wrote about my company that would be less then one percent of our moves that had complaints. The fact of the matter is that you will always have people that make unreasonable demands and will stop at nothing to get there way. I am sorry to say you are part of the one percent that make these kind of reviews but have you read my good ones. It is a lot harder to get people to take the time to write a good review after there move but there are plenty of them internet and they far out number the few bad ones. We move furniture and yes time to time something gets damaged and yes we do try make things right but when you make threats and demands your not being responsible or fair. You and your wife threaten to ruin my good business name If I did not do as you demanded. I have kids too and bills to pay. You would ruin someone over a small mark on a wall and dresser drawer that at the most might have needed a few minutes to fix.
