Awful place need more staffing can't never get car no one is ever there Need people with better attitudes Stood outside for almost an hour waiting while being told they were pulling in each time we call them he decides to stop answering and pulls up with an attitude SMH

Was towed from Cambridge Square apatments. I stayed the night with my sister in-law because she needed a babysitter over night while she worked. I was parked in the visitor spots but I backed into the spot and was towed for that. Who knew that you couldn't back into a parking space in KY. $175 bucks for doing someone a favor and I babysitt for free mind you.

Hmmm just had my car towed. Came to get it out and I had no breaks? Second time this company had towed my car, both times resulted in them damaging something on my vehicle. Also the second time I was told that they aren't responsible for the damages. Lawyer says otherwise. We will be taking farther action.

The people posting these reviews are not people who were privately towed, they were cars that were impounded, so of course there will be every excuse under the sun as to why A+ was in the wrong, and not them.

Rude , unprofessional and incompetent

This is a money hungry company with nothing better to due than remove cars for no apparent reason other than to make an extra dollar. Tell me how you tow a car that is backed up against your garage. and nothing is wrong with it. and then when you call they act like they have no ideal as to why the car was towed. I will be pursuing this further.

Very poor service when they towed my car from Cambridge square apartments. They dented my heater compressor and busted the clips that bracket my front nose to my car. At that they towed me off the lot from the rear and my car is a front wheel drive. Fortunately my transmission or nothing else got messed up. When I asked to see there go jacks and/or dolly that turn your car properly the lady gave me every excuse but to let me see them. It was a white vehicle that towed me. The red one that was on the tow lot when I picked my vehicle up did have the equipment. But the white one I believe does not. The lady could never show me either which makes me belive that too. This tow place needs to be shut down because its not about business its about making as much money as quickly as possible no matter what gets broken.
