The older white male that work the register is very rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and ungrateful towards customers. I purchased a beef, beverage and a 16 inch cheese and sausage pizza. However, was given a beef and one slice of pizza. Then the older white male at the register started taking another customer order. I politely said excuse me I ordered a 16 inch pizza not a slice and I was totally ignored. I said excuse me again he responded in a rude tone I took your now I'm taking there's wait. At this time, I noticed that there were no napkins in my beef bag and I requested for some. The older white male threw the napkins on the counter. I then requested for a refund for the pizza that I was waiting for which I was given. But the older white male began saying in a very ungrateful tone that they've been in business for over sixty years and they don't need my business and they're be in business for the next sixty years. Some customers complained about how rude and ungrateful he was and left. I would have requested a refund for the beef but I had already taken a bite and it was not good I tossed it in the trash can. I will never patronize that establishment again and I will be informing everyone to do the same. We don't need disrespectful and ungrateful businesses in our community.

I used to get the Italian beefs here all the time and they are really good. I only recently stop going when on three separate occasions I went in and didn't like what I seen. The first and third time the worker kept wiping his nose with his hand and touching all over customers food, the second time a worker coughed in his hand and continued to make someones food. I was so disgusted. They dont wear gloves so......... Sometimes I missed the taste of those beef but until they start using gloves and being more sanitary I wont be returning.
