I will pray for the owners and staff as well as the children. Choo Choo daycare is a loving and peaceful house of love. The owners and staff are God fearing human being. Remember with God all things are possible.... Matthew 19:26. Stay strong and conquer this trial with God.

At first it was a great experience and a really God loving establishment. Unfortunately, as time goes on, so does turn over of employees leaving and being replaced by unskilled workers.

My second issue with them is the lack of security being held at the front of the day care. The management/owner is never to be found and she looks like she tries to avoid the parents unless a payment is warranted.

Third problem, we potty trained our child and noticed the staff was unwilling to help. Now I can't be positive of the situation, but on a few occasions they soaked their clothes in some type of ammonia based chemical. There is a distinct smell between urine and amonia. When I confronted the owner with the issue, she got extremely defensive and tried to blame it on an accident. Kid has been potty trained for 4 months, no accidents. Don't know what to say here, but it's saddening that we are leaving now over some poor management.

Our three year old has been going to Choo Choo for two semesters now. Each day, they serve breakfast, snack, lunch and afternoon snack. I have never seen the workers tell. They are fun and patient. The crafts are so cute and my son loves going to school! He even asks to go when I am home with him between semesters.

If you are looking for a daycare, THIS IS IT!!!! Please do your child a favor and enroll them today. You'll be glad you did.

Payed the deposit for little I e to start next Monday. Hrs are 6:30-6:30 . Drive a test run to see time frame to work . At 6:57am center was not open , while parents sitting outside well after 720am ! Called later that day and was told by owner she over slept / alarm didn't go off! Felt I needed to locate a reliable center I went into talk to them face to face and was told a totally different story with much attitude . 1st impressions are imperative I asked my my deposit back and was told with a shrug ( No) . Not impressed at all .

I love this daycare!!!! My little one is potty trained mostly because of his teachers and learning A LOT with his teachers.

Choo choo Express has been a wonderful experience for our family my son has learned alot being in this daycare he is counting, telling us colors and counting not to mention at 2 years old has learned his left from his right because of the fun activities they do with the children! The owners and the staff have always been really kind and my son loves them and all his classmates!

BEWARE of the Choochoo Xpress on 1103 in Cibolo - Toddlers/Babies are not well monitored. My child has come home twice with bitemarks on her arm and twice with scratches all over her face within the last month - and now they don't even want to write a report anymore and just say "oh we didn't see how and if that happened here, she could have come with those from home"! The Center has been reported.
