I came in looking like a shaggy dog and Emeralda changed me into a princess!

I love it!

TERRIBLE! i went for the first time to get a haircut. I had Maria and she was unfriendly and accusatory, and hardly said two words to me. She was more interested in talking to her coworker about what she wanted to get her for lunch than what she was doing to my hair.



I brought in a picture of the hairstyle that i wanted. it ended up looking nothing like the picture, and when i asked her to fix my bangs to look more like the ones in the picture she told me my picture blew away. and then when i left she actually HANDED me the picture that had supposedly blown away. It had actually blown about six inches over from where she set it down, still completely visible.



the layers and bangs were crooked, and when i asked for the bottom to be tapered she asked me what it meant, and after explaining it to her she said okay. And then did not do it.



i also do not dye my hair and it is naturally a reddish color, and more red towards the front. she asked if i colored my hair and i told her i did not. and she responded with, not even to the front? and i told her i do nothing to change the color of my hair. and she responded with, you must do something. and i left it at that. because there was obviously no convincing her otherwise.



i had a 12:00 appointment and had to wait to be seated for 15 minutes, which normally is not a big deal for me, however along with all the other negative it just adds to the list.



Overall, it was a terrible experience.
