I was a previous patient of Village Dental, They had quoted me over $10K in dental work all because I had a tooth infection! I searched for a new dentist online at United Concordia and found Dr. Liu. He was a breath of fresh air. He listened to my situation, he made suggestions as to how I could save money and did my exam and XRays for free! He has a light touch, and understands people have anxiety over going to the dentist. I have permanently switched myself and my entire family over to his office. The staff was very friendly, not pushy at all, and super accomodating. The office is clean and well kept in a great location.

I had visited this office when it was under different ownership by a Dr. Nocera. About 2 weeks ago they called again and coaxed me to come back and try them by offering me a free Sonic Care toothbrush as a "new" patient so that I could meet the new doctor, Dr. Liu. I had since lost my dental insurance still they offered free exams and X-Ray and a pretty good price on filling the 2 cavities I had, at least from what I remember the charge been years ago WITH insurance. Have to say this doctor was much better than the previous doctor and he was genuinely nice, really calm and relaxing office. Did not pressure me into getting anything and I got my toothbrush and ended up getting the fillings too.

Just recently got Dental Insurance and found this practice as a network dentist. I called them and was able to book an appointment for Tuesday (4 days out). I'm not an expert on Dental care but the customer experience was great. Dr. Liu was real nice and didactic. The DA brought out an iPad to show me the procedures I needed done as well as consequences of not getting it done. Free trail mix and water was also nice. Over all had a great experience.

I had discolored front teeth for years and never smile with my teeth showing. Dr. Liu did a wonderful job. Within one week, I had my teeth whitened, fillings and crowns done in such a short time. Now I am smiling like crazy to other people. All my friends are shocked and I am so happy with my new smile. Go to see them if you need a brighter smile.

I do suggest everyone to see Dr. Liu based on our experience. We have had $6000-$8000 treatment were planned by Village dental and we were so scared by the price. Then we switched to the otay lakes dental office and saw Dr Liu. He did all the examination and explained everything in details to us. He finished our treatment within several hundred. What he told us was that the previous dentist trying to do all kinds of staff that insurance did not covered to make it very expensive. Our insurance actually covered most of the treatment very well. We are very happy with the office and the doctor.
