John Pene is the Owner and Lead Investigator of JPI. He is licensed by the State of California as a Private Investigator. He is a former Law Enforcement Officer with 22 years experience conducting investigations, interviewing witnesses, collecting evidence and testifying in court. He has received thousands of hours of training in the intricacies of conducting comprehensive investigations, the lawful collection of court admissible evidence, interview and interrogation techniques and the complete and accurate documentation of those investigations.
