Very helpful sales person, helped me with what I was looking for. The young men that delivered the sofa were very helpful , they had to move some furniture and did that with care. All in all the experience with Bassett was very good and will shop there and tell others about my experience with you.

Staff was very helpful in helping us choose the right color and fabric for our new sectional - even coming to the house to look at the setting. We feel like we made the right choice. Sectional came in only two pieces. Lazy Boy would have been at least three.

Came in to order a new 1 1/2 chair and ottoman. Ended up finding a beautiful rug as well. The design team did a great job answering our question and helping us narrow in on style and fabric. The delivery team was top notch too. Will always make Bassett our first stop for any future furniture needs.

My sales rep/decorator was VERY knowledgeable helping me pick out the perfect furniture to match my fabric. She was over the top friendly without being pushy, taking the time to make it right. I love the final product and the delivery team was excellent. I will be back!

Bassett came out to our house and measured our rooms and gave appropriate suggestions for furniture to fit each room. They also provided computer renderings of how it would look with different types of furniture.

The sales lady was extremely knowledgeable and patient with our questions. She generated a computer picture of what our custom sofa would look like, advised us about materials, and generally was a real pleasure to work with. They let us know when the couch was coming, and we are very happy with its quality. Also we like to buy American, when possible, and these are made in the states.

Overall shopping at Bassett was a great experience. Upon entering the store, my fiance and I were helped out by interior designer Jill. Jill was there throughout the whole experience; from helping us design our living room, create a floor plan and actually go to our home when the furniture was delivered. Everything would have been perfect if we got the correct rug we ordered.I would still recommend Bassett to anyone. They have great customer service!

I recently purchased a couch, rug, and two side chairs at Basset Chula Vista. Amalia was extremely patient and helpful in assisting me with the fabric and style choices. The furniture looks great and coordinates perfectly with living room. Delivery was at the time promised, professional, and careful. An overall great experience.

This was our first visit to Bassett Chula Vista and we were quite impressed with the store and variety of furnishings. Our Design Coordinator Jill was most helpful and within an hour, we had personally designed our sofa with coordinating pillows to be manufactured to our specific taste. It was that easy. They delivered the sofa today and we just love it. The delivery guys were fantastic. They called 30 minutes in advance to let me know when they would be there. When they arrived they were courteous, helpful and fast. We will definitely shop Bassett first for our next purchase. In fact we need a new dining room set so I'm sure we will be going there real soon.

Great experience from start to finish/delivery! Purchased sectional and sofa table. My designer, Vicky was so helpful, knowledgeable and fun to work with. She even came to my house at delivery to oversee the placement! The delivery staff were super nice and professional and quick! I will definitely shop there again!!!

The iseries is a comfortable mattress but I still have a problem with it being warm and I thought those cooling gels would make a difference?! Jose/Manny were so careful and professional in my delivery and thank you for working with my scheduled delivery as I had to change at the last minute!

All staff throughout the process has been outstanding; specifically Stephanie Anderson and Erica Robles were great with their in store design and presentation; ease of ordering and the final delivery was accomplished on time with only one item remaining to be delivered.
