      Very poor customer service. Wasn't able to return a pair of shoes that were worn around my house after spending $60 on them and finding out that they were very hard to get on and off. The district manager there handles situations absoultely horrible and Journey's needs to rethink letting children run their stores. I will never shop at the Journey's in Christiansburg, VA again. 7/9/09
