I have used John 3 times over a 6 year period, and he is very professional and has reasonable rates. He replaced a faulty outdoor spigot, replaced the main line water shut-off when it leaked, and repaired two leaking Delta shower units that were over 25 years old. On the second occasion, we were without water and he made room in his schedule for our emergency.

Service was good, but shower handle still loose & moves back & forth AND WHAT COMPANY DOES NOT TAKE A CREDIT CARD!? OR DISCLOSE AT THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT THAT THEY DO NOT TAKE A CREDIT CARD. Then at the end of the job, states CASH OR CHECK ONLY...NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL! I SHOULD HAVE USED BRADLEY PLUMBING AS MANY REQUESTED THAT I DID...LIVE & YA LEARN to ASK & NO ASSUME

He explained every thing in a way that I could understand and answered all my questions about plumbing issues on a slab. He did a very thorough job making sure everything was correct before he left. He did not charge me an arm and a leg even though he was here for a good while outside in the freezing cold! I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting a job done correctly the first time and at a more than fair price.

I can't say enough good things about John Goodwin Plumbing. John was recommended to me for a water heater fix by Hatton Mechanical. He arrived during the time he said he would, explained everything to me, before starting, that could possibly go wrong due to the age of the heater. He was polite and friendly and checked everything to make sure there were no safety issues for me to deal with in the future. After years of bad experiences with plumbers, I wouldn't call anyone but Goodwin Plumbing now. John has done two plumbing projects on my home recently (replacing the water main line and replacing a pressure regulator).
