Dairyland Elementary School serves more than 300 students in grades four through eight. It has a parent-teacher club that provides funds and support for assemblies, uniforms, playground equipment and school carnivals. The school s facilities include a multipurpose room, library, band room and nearly eight classrooms. Dairyland Elementary School offers academic programs in language arts, mathematics, science and social studies. It additionally offers instruction in health and physical education and foreign languages. The school s staff is comprised of psychologists, social workers, speech and language therapists and a hearing specialist. Dairyland Elementary School is located in Chowchilla, Calif., and is a part of the Alview-Dairyland Union School District, which offers Title 1 and English Language Learners programs, as well as gifted and talented education.
