ZERO STARS!!Purchased something from this company on December 13, 2017 for Christmas. Plenty of time for or to get here before because according to their shipping info they ship out within a day. Well, took the item 2 weeks to get here. They only shipped out after I emailed them several times and that was on the 20th. Bought another to replace it and know they don't want to give me a refund. They want to give me $4 and I keep the item. WTF!!!! Purchased this through Wal-Mart market vendor. I have reported them to Wal-Mart and Wal-Mart said they will give me a full refund and peruse them for reimbursement. Bad business.

We bought a press from them. We contacted them via email to say that we were not happy with this press and it wasn't professional enough. They responded back writing that they would offer us $8.00 in a refund for our troubles. The press cost $115.00. We simply want to ship it back which will cost some money but we are looking for a full refund. Waiting to hear back now. How could a company offer such a ridiculous amount as a refund full knowing what we paid? Bad business practices indeed.

At this point I dont even want to give you ONE star!!!! I bought 4 of your chairs at the cost of about 500 dollars! 3 were fine and 1 was extremely crooked and basically unusable!!!! I contacted your customer service on the day they arrived and pretty much every day since.THEY WILL NOT HELP ME! THEY WANT TO REFUND 20 DOLLARS FOR A CHAIR I PAID 120.00 OH! BUT GUESS WHAT..... I CAN KEEP THE PIECE OF JUNK CHAIR... LUCKY ME...HARDLEY!!!!!I didnt not even ask for a refund! I just wanted this chair replaced so it would match the other 3. Your customer service is a JOKE!!!! They keep stalling you till your 14 day return policy is up then they say... well your 14 day ruturn policy is up. IF ANYONE OUT THERE IS READING THIS ...STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY... THEIR MAIN GOAL IS TO SCREW YOU OVER!!!!!

I bought a ( Tv mobil), it scans, but doesn't find any Tv channels??? Can u fix that, or send another device that works???
