Wonderful. We bought a pig and had it slaughtered and then we roasted it in the ground at my house. Was quite a process but worth it. Lizze's is a very interesting place, not for the squeamish unless you are just going to shop in the market part. Customer service is great. This is a very clean place considering what they do but please do not expect the fairytale old McDonald environment.
