Beautiful job by II Shea Roofing. We are very happy with our new tile roof and Joe Shea was the best roofing contractor in the area. We got two referrals to his business while interviewing general contractors. After contacting him directly, we understood why this business is a preferred roofing choice for general construction projects. Joe provided us at least ten quotes for various roofing materials, so by the time we made our final decision, we were absolutely sure in our choice. His quote was the best among seven other quotes we obtained for the same roofing material from other roofers. He also ordered various samples delivered to our house in Walnut by manufacturers reps, that’s even before we asked to see the samples! Samples and estimates were very helpful for us to make a decision and we are very happy with our choice. Joe worked with our general contractor and we appreciated his cooperation as it allowed us to install most of the roof but the piece above the stucco in process. He waited a month for our general contractor to finish stucco and then installed the last roofing piece seamlessly. What a great experience. Thank you Joe and II Shea!
