ECS is really prompt and competent. They were able to give us an appointment very soon after I called. The inspector was prompt (actually a little early). He was really thorough and gave us a detailed report that included photos and explanations of all the places he checked and what he found--probably about 20 items on the list of areas that needed attention. The information was very helpful in helping us to prepare to sell our house.
