How can these companys stay in business, my service is horrible over priced. I think thay know there are not may options in this area if you want the local channels. I still have their internet but finally cancelled the TV service. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR A HUNDERD CHANNELS I NEVER WATCH!!! The internet service works most of the time, but if it does go out Horizon always blames it on the wiring in my house. Your other choice is time warner err spectrum, they crooked so many people they had to change their name.
Called HORIZON VIEW for an estimate for cable, net , and phone, Rosalie quoted me a price of $132 per month. You can imagine my reaction when the first monthly billing came in at $185. The installation charges were $79.95. When I went back to their office, already completely dissatisfied with the cable picture, remote, and selection, Rosalie denied at first making the $132 offer and said she had call on tape . And clear as could be was the $132 amount. BEWARE BAD BUSINESS

HORRIBLE service. As previous reviewer noted, they recently "upgraded" their equipment. This required an installation visit where they removed the old (singular) box that ran all 7 of our TVs and replaced it with a new cable box and a wireless router at each TV. Bulk equipment. Pain in the butt to find room for. On top of which, since the change over two weeks ago, 5 of the 7 TVs have had a major connectivity issue requiring rebooting. 2 of those have need several resets. 2 other TVs cannot connect to the cable. They will not completely reset. Trash equipment. Customer service insists its a temporary problem that will resolve after complete changeover to new equipment at the service center. Why then do 2 of our TVs always work, sometimes working at the exact same time that the others will not connect and are unuseable. Use a different service provider if at all possible. I didn't love them when I used them before, but Time Warner has my vote for sure after this experience.

They have upgraded their television service using two boxes at each television set. Now with the new digital technology all we get is pixels and broken up sound. We have called repeatedly and no coustermer service. No good TV for the last 7 days. Use another service provider like Time Warner!
