they were cheap.. that's about it. you get what you pay for. my power supply was dead so they replaced it for around 35 dollars total.. and the new power supply died a few days later, i looked up the brand, VERY VERY shoddy quality stuff they are selling, and the unit i had turned out to be refurbished. i took it back to get another replacement and found out that the shoddy power supply killed my motherboard and processor as well. instead of realizing their fault, they charged me for it. $350 later i'm back where i could have been by buying a new power supply from a reputable store and taking the 2 minutes to install it myself. thanks for nothing

I had a computer that would not turn on. Tech Connection told me I had a bad power supply and replaced it for $10 total labor and $24.95 for the power supply! Incredibly cheap!
